George E. Bricolas

George Bricolas, the third son of Elias and Alexandra Bricolas, was born on Oct. 15, 1934 in Nafpaktos, Greece. In 1947, he came to the United States along with his mother and younger brother Steve, to join his father and older brother Zois. It was here in the family business, Seros in downtown Detroit, that he kicked off his career as a restaurateur. He will be remembered for his impeccable taste in clothing and jewelry, his love of parties and people, his unparalleled kindness and generosity. Those closest to him will miss the sound of his voice, his beautiful smile and his larger-than-life presence. He is survived by his two children, Alexsandra and Niko, and their mother, Lori, along with a host of nieces, nephews and Godchildren. He is preceded in death by his two brothers and his parents.
