Sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs. Balton. We had a Clark reunion party set up a few yrs. back at the Grosse Pointe Woods park. I was able to talk to her there. What a joy that was to spend time with her after 1973ish.. I was able to share with her that I became a DPS teacher and taught over at Clark for a couple years.

What a committed teacher and person Mrs . Balton was. I was a student at Clark Elementary from K-8th grade. Mrs. Balton was one of my favorite teachers. I remember her warm, gentle and kind spirit. I learned a lot from her. My deepest condolences to the Balton family.
