Helen Virginia Stevenson

Helen Virginia Stevenson passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2017 with family by her side. Helen was born on Saturday, June 30, 1923 in Lyons Township, Michigan; the daughter of Thomas and Genevieve Kelly. Beloved wife of the late William J. Stevenson. Loving mother of Raleigh (Ann) Sowers. Cherished grandmother of Steven Sowers (Maria), Scott Sowers (Danielle), Patrick Sowers (fiance Janna), Matthew Sowers (Katie), Jeremy Sowers (Lisa), and Michael Sowers. Great-grandmother of Joshua Sowers, Aiden Sowers, Addison Sowers, Avery Sowers, Jacob Sowers, and Alexander Sowers. Sister of Janice Antieau and Mike Kelly. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 24, 2017 from 9:00 am until time of funeral service 10:00 am at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road at Masonic, Warren. A committal service will be held at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Southfield, Michigan, immediately after the funeral. Memorials to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief fund would be appreciated.
