James Richard Bandy

Beloved fiance’ and love of his life to Susan Kaye. He was proud of his sons David (Terri), and Scott. He adored his grandchildren Ariana, Anthony, Derek, Jessica K., Chelsea, Mark, Jessica L., Jonathan, Nicholas, Spencer, and Michael. James also leaves behind Susan's son, Paul Kaye, whom he developed a loving relationship with and a dear friend of over 40 years and business associate, Vincent Smith.

Mr. Bandy received his Bachelor degree from Michigan State University. While having a successful career as an accountant, Jim continued his education at the University of Detroit, where he received his Jurist Doctorate degree. He was a lawyer, project manager and entrepreneur. Jim was a spiritual man who will be remembered for his kindness and integrity. He was truly one on the nicest men a person could meet. He loved business, gardening and politics.

A Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Thursday, July 16th at 12:00 pm at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 21620 Greater Mack, St. Clair Shores. Mr. Bandy will be interred at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Twp.
