James William Chambers, age 73, died on Thursday, June 25, 2015 with family by his side. Jim was born on December 21, 1941 in Prineville, Oregon. He is the son of Harold and Velma Chambers. Jim retired from Chrysler Mopar after 30 years of employment. Beloved husband of Linda Chambers. Loving father of Derek (Michele) Chambers and Jeremy (Beth) Chambers. Dear grandfather of Emily. Brother of Gladys (Sam) Berk and Paul (Bonnie) Chambers. Visitation Tuesday, June 30, 2015 from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Rd. at Masonic, Warren. Funeral Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 10:00 am at the funeral home. Committal service with military honors will be held in White Chapel Cemetery in Troy, Michigan immediately after the funeral service. Memorial contributions to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society would be appreciated.
