James Lawrence Cornelius

Jamie loved working at Gilbert’s Hardware Store. He was very active in his neighborhood helping his neighbors when it was needed. He enjoyed traveling and participating in social activities at the ARC and Laverne’s Loving Angels.

He is survived by his loving mother Suzanne and was predeceased by his father Alwood. He will be missed by his sister Jennifer Joquico (Sherry Workman). Jamie loved his nieces Katie and Maddie and his aunt Lissa’a kids Patrick, Stephen, Elisabeth and Diana. He is survived by his aunt Lissa (Greg) Stoneback, uncle Robert Chartier (Robin) and their daughters. He is survived by his 101 year old grandmother "Nana" Elise Chartier.

A Memorial gathering will be held on Monday, December 29th from noon until the time of his Memorial Mass at 2:00 pm at St Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 21620 Greater Mack, St Clair Shores.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
