James J. Russell died on Thursday, October 9, 2014. James was 45 years old. He was born on November 29, 1968 in Detroit, Michigan. He married his wife Danette at St. Clement Catholic Church in Centerline, Michigan on May 9, 2003. James was a dedicated father and husband. He was also an avid outdoorsman who loved to take his son on hunting and fishing trips. Beloved husband of Danette. Loving father of Isaac. Son of Thelma Russell. Brother of Rich (Kim) Russell. Also survived by many loving family members and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2014 from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm at the A.H. Peters Funeral home, 32000 Schoenherr Road at Masonic, Warren. Instate Monday from 10:00 am until time of the funeral service at 11:00 am at Peace Lutheran Church, 11701 East Twelve Mile Road, Warren. Memorials may be given to the family for the educational fund for James' son Isaac.
