James Dwight Streu

Streu, James D. age 67, of Clinton Twp. died May 3, 2014 in Clinton Twp. Born in Mt. Clemens. He retired from Ford Motor Car Co. in Sterling Heights in 2004 after 40 years of service. He belonged to the Mt. Clemens Old Crowd. He was an Army Veteran from the Vietnam War, Dec.15, 1965 to Dec. 15, 1967. He enjoyed boating, fishing, BBQ's, traveling to Florida and Las Vegas. He is survived by his wife Lena; children Elizabeth Streu, Mike Watts, Jackie (Theresa) Watts, Tommie (Selina) Watts; 14 grandchildren;12 great-grandchildren, Sister Shirley McCallum and Brother Bill (Sheila) Streu. Predeceased by children Robert Streu and Deborah Schlunz, parents Ellis & Laura Streu and brother Robert Streu. Visitation Thursday 2:00 PM - 9:00 pm. Funeral Friday 12:00 Noon A. H. Peters Funeral Home 32000 Schoenherr at Masonic ( 13 1/2 Mile Rd.) Warren. Interment Clinton grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions to McLaren Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
