I only just learned today about Janet's passing and so apologize for this belated tribute. I went to school with her, from Ridgewood through Hickory and then graduating from Warren Woods. My deepest condolences to you, Janet's loved ones. May she rest in peace and may you find comfort.

My deepest condolences to Dr. Reed's family and friends. My son is/was a patient of Dr. Reeds and she spoke at our NF Symposium last year. My heart hurts for all who knew her as this is such an unexpected loss and will take time grieve. She was so dedicated to her profession and I believe she was an amazing doctor for our NF kiddos. Jan was one of the sweetest neighbors and very easy to talk to. It was so heartbreaking to hear of her accident. I'm glad I got to talk and spend some time with her just the week before. God bless.

I am so saddened by the sudden loss of Janet. We have been friends forever. She will truly be missed by so many people. My condolences to her family during this very sad time.

My prayers go out to Jan's family and friends. I am lucky enough to have known Jan since we went to grade school together at Ridgewood Elementary in Warren and then graduated together at Warren Woods HS. While our lives and careers went in different directions, I always cherished attending HS class reunions to see her warm smile and catch up on our careers. Her work with children over the years is extremely commendable. While a tragic loss to all who knew Jan, the good lord obviously needed her more in heaven to carry on her wonderful work.

I am so sorry for this terrible loss. I met Janet on the FASD Achieve task force. She is an inspiration and provided great insight. Many thoughts and prayers.

We are shocked and deeply saddened by the loss of Janet. She was very devoted to her family and a delight to be with. We cannot even express our sorrow for the family. May God Bless the family during this time!

I am devastated by this news. Janet was my supervisor while I was an intern at HFHS. She was an intelligent, funny, and supportive supervisor and mentor. I have so many positive memories of her. Her work and influence will live on through HFHS and all the individuals that she trained and touched. Her family and friends are in my thoughts.
