Jeanette Anderson

Geraldine "Jeanette" Anderson, age 93, passed away January 27, 2016. She was born in Kirksville, Missouri on January 17, 1923; the daughter of Samuel Vernon and Lela Rose (nee Carter) Kern. Among many of Jeanette's endearing qualities, she will be remembered for her charismatic quick wit and her funny and spontaneous nature. She is dearly loved and will be deeply missed. Beloved wife of the late Maxwell. Loving mother of Sharon (Dave) Nieb and the late Bruce Michael Anderson. Treasured grandmother of Brent (Stefani) Nieb, Jeffrey Anderson and James (Kristin) Anderson. Proud great-grandmother of 9. Dear sister of Gerald (Peggy) Kern, Joyce (Leon) Crane and the late James Kern, Melba Kern, and her twin Madeline "Genelle" MacDonald. Jeanette's family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 2nd from 10:00am until time of service 12:00pm at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr at Masonic (13-1/2 Mile), Warren. Private interment will take place at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy.
