John Page passed away on September 22, 2015 at the age of 71. He was born on June 10, 1944 in Dyersburg, Tennessee; son of John and Gladell (nee Alexander) Page. John loved to sing and would perform at various local lounges under the nickname "Big John". He leaves behind his daughters Dr. Linda Allee (Tom Hunter), and Cathy Page (Les Brainard). He was proud of his grandchildren Morgan and Jennifer. He is survived by his sisters Patricia Swad, Brenda Sipes, and Sherry Jackson; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Friday from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave., at Vernier Rd., Grosse Pointe Woods. His funeral will be held on Saturday at 12:00 pm at the funeral home.
