although i only met Josh in passing and then ended up watching a movie with him and Lucas (his roommate) he was such a joy to be around and will be greatly missed. My heart goes out to your family in the loss of such a great person.

I knew Josh from Lamphere marching band. He always had a smile on his face and was more than willing to go out of his way to help others. May he find peace in God's arms. My prayers and condolensces go out to Brenda, Dan, Megan and Erin during this very difficult time.

The whole Grand Valley community has been affected by the loss of Josh, and we (faculty, staff, and students) grieve with you. We will always remember his kind, gentle, uplifting presence amongst us.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of Josh. I'm very sorry for your loss. I did not know Josh very well. I just met him this semester at GVSU. We had a class together and were both in Beta Alpha Psi. However, Josh was always very friendly and nice to me. He was just a sweet boy, and he will be missed by many!

Sutton Family, I have no words that could comfort you in this sad time. Josh was a great person and a great friend. Although we didn't talk that much, when we did it was full of laughs and full of memories. I cannot express how sad I am that Josh is no longer with us but I o take comfort knowing he is with the Lord.

I vividly remember Josh and my son playing on the same soccer team when they were little and more recently riding past our house on the unicycle and seeing his smiling friendly face at Produce Palace. I have no words except that you are all in my prayers. With deepest smpathy.
