Lawrence and Diane were married on April 22, 1978 and the rest is history. They built a strong, loving household and instilled core values of faith and family into their children. Larry was always the strongest supporter for his family doing whatever was necessary. He was employed at General Motors as an automotive designer since 1988. He also was a proud and faithful Christian, always finding a church wherever he and his family were located at the time.
Larry lived his life like an adventure with his best friend by his side. He and Diane loved camping together. Their favorite places were Destin, Florida and Platte River (Sleeping Bear), Michigan. He loved to spend time outdoors whether it be taking a walk, kayaking, skiing, or hiking. He loved drives along the St. Clair River and developed a passion for watching freighters. But above all, his real passion and desire in life was to spend time with his family whenever he could.
