Custock, Leonard M. died peacefully at home on June 11, 2009. He was born April 30, 1921; son of Michael and Anne (nee Krici) in Ottawa, Canada. Mr. Custock worked for many years in the Marketing Department at Michigan Bell. He retired in 1981. Leonard belonged to many organizations. He was a proud member of the Masonic Lodge Laurel of Acacia - Eastgate, Commandery No.1, Knights Templar, the Moslem Shrine and the Royal Order of Jesters. He leaves behind his daughter Joyce Russell, niece Peggy Tolonen and nephew James Tolonen. His loving wife Joan passed away in 1994. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, June 15th at 10:00 AM at A.H. Peters Funeral Home 20705 Mack Ave., at Vernier Rd., Grosse Pointe Woods. Visitation will begin on Sunday at 4:00 PM and conclude at 9:00 PM. Leonard will be buried next to his wife at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy.
