Lucille W. Chandler was born February 21, 1920 in Detroit and entered into rest February 15, 2016 in Sterling Heights at the age of 95. She was the beloved wife of the late Harry W. Chandler, mother of the late Penelope (David) Moore and sister of the late Stanley (Lela) Blair. Lucille was the dear aunt of many nieces, nephews and great- nieces and nephews. In a time of unwelcome change, comfort is taken in the familiar, in this spirit that the viewing and the memorial service for Lucille Chandler will, like her husband Harry before her, take place at the same place in the same way. Both the viewing and the memorial service will take place at Christ Church, 61 Grosse Pointe Blvd, Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan 48236. The viewing will occur Monday, February 22nd from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm in Miller Hall. Following also at Christ Church on Monday, February 29th is the memorial service at 10:00 am in the nave, the reception will follow in the undercroft.
