Margaret M. Cable

Margaret M. Cable, age 63 of Harrison Township, went to sleep with the Lord on September 17, 2019. Margaret was born on January 12, 1956 in Detroit. Margaret will always be known as a loving mother and special aunt to her nieces and nephews. She was an avid reader, and always enjoyed the simple joy of a good book. Family was an integral part of Margarets life, and nothing made her happier than good conversation with people she loved. Margaret was the beloved wife of the late, Carlos Cable. Loving mother of, Michael Cable. Cherished sister of William (Rosemary) Niarhos, Anthony Niarhos, Stephen Niarhos, Kathryn (Rick) Cable, Faith (Robert) Mishige. Greatly loved by nephew Nicholas (Renee) Niarhos, and niece, Christina (Jason Millward) Niarhos. Dearest great-aunt of Narissa and Veronica Niarhos, and great- nephew, Will Niarhos. In addition to her husband, Margaret was predeceased by her loving parents James "Pete" and Malama "Goldie" Niarhos and her Godmother Elpes Janisse. "Grandma" to Minnie. Instate, Friday September 20, 2019 at 9:00 AM, at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, 21800 Marter Rd., St. Clair Shores for a 10:00 AM Liturgy Service. Fr. Michael N. Varlamos will officiate. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, Detroit. Memorial contributions are suggested to the wishes of the family or Assumption Greek Orthodox Church.
