Martha Mae Smith

A lover of all animals, especially dogs, Martha was warm and inviting to everyone and always had a smile for you. She was a quiet and reserved lady with a kind and gentle soul that always made those around her feel welcome. She was also an avid lifelong Detroit Red Wings fan and was always rooting for her team.

Martha is survived by her beloved son Scott (Cathy) Foster and her sister Janet Miller.

Friends may visit the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan 48236 on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 12:00 PM also at A.H. Peters Funeral Home.

Martha will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery following services.
