Mary Cupolo

Mary Cupolo passed away on October 30, 2014 at the age of 87. Mary was born in Detroit, Michigan on September 13, 1927 to Vincenzo and Rose Russo. Mary was a loving mother who loved to spend time with her family. She also enjoyed cooking, playing cards and slot machines, and sewing. She was an active woman and enjoyed bowling, playing softball, gardening, and dancing. She leaves behind her children: Karen (Keith) Honeycombe, Kathleen Ochalek, Mary Cupolo-Dorchak, Antonio (Katrina) Cupolo, and her son-in-law Casimer Ponus II. She was proud of her grandchildren: Casimer (Elaine) Ponus III , Michelle (Joe) Marth, Jason (Jodie) Whateley, Michael (Angela) Whateley, Nicholas (David) Whateley, Michael (Daniel) Ochalek, Joseph Ochalek, Danielle (Mike) Falzone, Gabrielle Dorchak, Leah Dorchak, Mario Cupolo, and Grace Cupolo. Her great-grand children: Brandon Oleski, Cierra Snoeck, Casimer Ponus IV, Collin Marth,, Kyle Marth, and Olivia Whateley. Mary was predeceased by her parents, husband Michael, daughter Antoinette Ponus, brothers Joseph Cracchiolo, Vincent Russo, and Dominic Russo, her sister Grace Daleo, and grandson Andrew Dorchak.
