Mary Margaret Stump

It is with a heavy heart that we announce our beloved and cherished wife and mother, Mary Margaret Stump, has been called home. It was a blessing to know her but it was an amazing honor and privilege to be loved by her. Her kind, soft, strong and tender heart and soul were second to none. Her fierce dedication to God and her faith were inspiring. Her smile, laugh and wit lit up our lives. She created a home and a family that provided unconditional love, comfort, wisdom, belief and so much fun. She will be deeply missed and leave a hole in our lives and hearts but we will take comfort in knowing she walks among angels. All that I am, or hope to be, I owe to my angel mother. - President Abraham Lincoln . Visitation will be Friday, October 5, 3-8 pm, at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave., Grosse Pointe Woods. Instate Saturday , October 6th, 11:00 am until time of Mass 11:30 am at Assumption Grotto Catholic Church, 13770 Gratiot, Detroit, MI. Burial at Assumption Grotto Cemetery.
