Mary Magdeline Wrobel

Mary Magdeline "Margie" Wrobel passed away December 23, 2015 at the age of 96. She was born in Barensboro, Pennsylvania and grew up in Hamtramck, Michigan where she met her husband of thirty three years. They moved to Detroit where she raised her 5 children. She helped out during the war by working at the post office and was very proud to be a Block Captain for Civil Defense. When she retired, she became a snow bird, spending winters in Largo, Florida. Margie was predeceased by her husband, Felix L. Wrobel in 1972. Loving mother of Judith A. (Kenneth) Krakowski, Phillip Wrobel, Valerie (Ronald) Kujawski, Joseph Wrobel and Francine (Alan) Kowalik. Loving and proud grandmother to 3 generations of 40 surviving Grandchildren, that she greatly enjoyed and played a big part in raising. Dear sister of the late Pauline Abrams, Stella Maier, Jospehine Jawniak and Edward Paluch. Visitation Tuesday 2:00 PM-9:00PM with a funeral Wednesday 10:00AM at the A. H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr (at Masonic), Warren.
