Michael J. McCann

Mike is the beloved husband of Irene and the dear father of Sheila (Jim Sarnowski) and the late Timothy. He is the treasured grandfather of 2 and great-grandfather of 3. He is also the brother of Sr. Kathleen McCann, Lois (the late Bill) Healy, Don (the late Sharon) McCann, the late Theresa (surviving spouse Robert) Abraham, Betty Lepine, Beatrice (surviving spouse George) Karakashian. Beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Mike is a proud U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a kind and compassionate man, who went out of his way to help everyone he could. Landscaping around the church and keeping an eye on his neighbors were just a few ways Mike make he community better. In addition to being a great accountant for most of his life, Mike was considered by many to be a Jack of all trades. Carpentry was one of his many talents, and his home was filled with hand made tables and other things he constructed over the years. He also enjoyed sports and often played handball to stay active.

A private service will be held for immediate family only at this time with a memorial mass and gathering at a later date.
