Minnie Campbell

Minnie Campbell a resident of Warren for 50 years died peacefully Saturday March 31, 2012 at the age of 95. She was born in Sydney, Nova Scotia the daughter of Joseph and Lena (nee Carletti) DiPenta. Minnie was employed at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, Detroit, MI. as their head dietician for 30 years. Her hobbies included dancing, playing the violin, bowling, going to the casinos and Italian cooking. She was totally devoted to her family and was always there for them. Her grandchildren said she never came to visit without bringing something for them or for the great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Frank E., all her children, Georgie Kellar, Frank "Buddy" Jr., Claire Hart, Sandra Krzeminski and also a granddaughter Karen Ladendorf. She is survived by her grandchildren Kirk Campbell, Thomas (Sue) Kellar, Kim (Herbert) Beigel, Craig (Darlene) Kellar, Kevin Campbell, Cheryl (Joe) Spiteri, Christine (Kevin)Strasser, Allison Kellar, Michael (Colleen)Krzeminski and Kenneth (Tammy) Campbell, 18 great-grandchildren, daughter-in-law Sheila Campbell, and son-in-law Larry Hart. Visitation at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr at Masonic (13 Mile Rd) Warren, Friday 2pm until 8pm. Funeral Service Saturday 12 Noon.
