I only knew Pam for a short time during our bible study class. I know that she was a woman of strong faith in our Lord. I was blessed to know her for the short time that I did and may she now rest in peace in the arms of our Savior. My prayers to the family for comfort during this difficult time. Fondest memories of times spent with Pam as our we grew up in Christ studying God's Word together over the years while we watched/taught our children do the sameâ€¦ Pam was such a gentle and sweet spirited women of faithâ€¦ an inspiration! Mrs. Boor was my kindergarten teacher 29 years ago at Hanstein elementary. I have not and will not ever forget the love, kindness and passion she showed to me and the other children in school. Dear Phil and family - So sad to get the phone call that you lost Pam. Most consoling is that the hands that welcomed her into heaven are the same hands that hold your hearts. Our deepest sympathy.

Although I haven't known Pam for too long, I did consider her a dear friend. I loved her sense of humor and her calm peace in the midst of life's difficulties. She lived out her Christian faith so authentically. I know she touched many lives. Our loving Heavenly Father is telling her, "Well done, good and faithful servant." I will miss Pam greatly. My prayers to Phil, her sons, and the rest of her family.

You provided a home away from home for many years. I will always remember you for your motherly instincts and kind heart. Rest in peace and may God watch over you and your loved ones.

Pam Boor was a wonderful Kindergarten teacher for all three of my children. I still have the Christmas stockings that we (parents) made with her guidance 25 years ago. We were also coworkers for 10 years. I cherish the memories of her kind, gentle manner. I felt very comfortable for my children to begin school with Mrs. Boor as their teacher. God bless you and your family.

What a blessing it has been to know Pam and share being a grandmother with her. The last few years have been really challenging but she always had a smile for Julian and loved to play with him, read to him, and help him to learn and flourish. She taught Kindergarten for many years and influenced the lives of hundreds of children. We shared holidays, birthdays and special occasions together and I will miss her terribly. I will try to be the best grandmother I can be in honor of her.

Pam was a dear friend throughout my teenage years at the Detroit Tabernacle, and it is so wonderful to see the kind words from friends of hers whom I have never met. We know that we exist. We know that there is sleeping and waking. We know that 'nowhere' is impossible. So if Pam is awake and aware of our words here in the human dimension, or if she is peacefully sleeping, I am confident that there will be a glad reunion day! Peace and love to all of her family and friends.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Mrs. Boor's passing. I don't have enough kind things to say about her, she was truly an amazing and loving person. I have many fond memories of hanging out at the Boors' house in middle school and high school and will desperately miss the "check-in's" Mrs. B and I shared together over the years. Lots of love to Mr. Boor, Josh, Jeremiah, and Jacob.

For believers, to close our eyes in death is to open them in Glory and what things Pam is seeing now. I can only imagine what glories she is seeing. Pam was a wonderful wonderful person and her infectious laugh is what I will remember the most. She welcomed me as part of her extended family and for that I am blessed. My prayers go out for Phillip and the boys and to the entire Boor/Wilson family. God will be your strength. And we know this....She is only parted from us temporarily for we will see her again in Glory.

Pam and Phil's son's were my best friends growing up. My fondest memory of Pam was when I slept over their house one night and she caught Joshua Jeremiah and I making sandwiches at 3 AM. I was lucky to have Pam as one of the adult figures in my life when I was young. My heart goes out to Phil Joshua, Jeremiah and Jacob.

There is a saying that says chance made us neighbors but choice made us friends. I have been blessed to have you as my neighbor and friend for 32 wonderful years. How many times did we say hi-dee-ho neighbor and sign our cards, emails or text with love your favorite neighbor? I will cherish the memories and take comfort that you are now free of pain and no longer suffering. I know that you are now with Dan and Dennis keeping watch over the court.
