Philip Eugene Stowe, age 72, died Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at St John Providence Hospital, Detroit. He was born March 18, 1941 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Howard and Jean (Stroup) Stowe. He is survived by his daughter Dawn Lynn Stowe, ex-wife Rachel Stowe, brother Howard Stowe Jr. and seven nieces and nephews. Visitation Friday 3PM-8PM and Saturday 2PM-9PM at A.H. Peters Funeral Home. Private entombment at Evergreen Cemetery will take place on Monday, May 20, 2013
