Ray was predeceased by his loving wife Ruth. Loving father of David and the late Valerie. He was proud of his granddaughter Emily and Grandson Jacob. He was a dear brother of the late Carolyn Waitz, Thomas and Donald Zynda.
Visitation Tuesday, October 1 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave., at Vernier Rd., Grosse Pointe Woods. He will lie instate on Wednesday from 9:30 am until the time of the Mass of the Resurrection at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, 467 Fairford Rd., Grosse Pointe Woods. Ray will be buried next to his beloved wife Ruth at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Twp.
