Richard Howard Fitzmaurice, age 90, died on Sunday, May 26, 2013. He was born on April 5, 1923 to John and Gertrude (nee Coddington) Fitzmaurice. Richard received his pin and certificate for being a 65 year member of IBEW Local #58. He was also a WWII Veteran in the Army-Air Corp. Beloved husband of the late Anna. Loving father of James (Sue), Jean (Tom) Julian, and John (Sue). Dear grandfather of Ryan, Adam, and Ellen. Brother of Jack and the late William. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Rd. at Masonic, Warren. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2013 at 2:30 pm at the funeral home. Private interment will be in Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, MI. Memorial contributions to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen would be appreciated.
