Robert H. Ames was born June 27, 1921 in Saginaw, Michigan and entered into rest August 17, 2013 in St. Clair Shores. Robert was the beloved husband of the late Ina and dear father of Merry, Terry (Michael) Pruss and the late Robert. He was brother to Kenneth (Mary)Ames and uncle of Tom Ames and Joan Samborski. Visitation Tuesday 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral Service Wednesday 10:00 am at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack at Vernier Road, Grosse Pointe Woods 48236.
