Robert Darnell Anderson, age 60, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 in Detroit, MI. Robert proudly served his country in the Army. He married Monica Andrews in 2005 and the couple have a daughter Alahna. Robert is also the step-father of Chris Paul. Mr. Anderson is survived by his three sisters; Lanea Taylor, Velenda DeShazer and Regina Anderson. He is predeceased by his parents Herbert Anderson and Joan Anderson and his brother Herbert. Mr. Anderson will also be deeply missed by his mother-in-law Frances Andrews and father-in-law Daniel Andrews as well as many nieces, nephews cousins and friends. Monica will be available for condolences from friends and visitors on Sunday, September 30, 2018 from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, Warren MI. There will be a funeral service the following day at 12 noon at the funeral home. The family requests memorials to the American Diabetes Association.
