Robert Early, age 83, died on Tuesday, December 13, 2016. Robert served 8 years in the Air Force during which he protected the President of the United States. He retired from Don Cartage Company, Inc. Machinery Movers, Riggers, and Erectors after many years of service. Beloved husband of Arlene and the late Barbara. Loving father of Elizabeth (Robert) Dolan, David, and Daniel (Joy). Cherished grandfather of Robbie, Billy, Suzanne, and James Dolan, Angela O'Connor, and Logan, Landon, and Luke Early. Great-grandfather of 2. Also survived by many loving family members. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 12 noon at Bethany Baptist Church, 19700 15 Mile Road, Clinton Township. Family will greet guests starting at 10:00 am at the church. Interment will be in St. John Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Fraser, Michigan. Memorial contributions to the Salvation Army would be appreciated.
