OSAER, Robert A. July 31, 2009 Age 78 Husband of the late Anna. Beloved former husband of Arlene McLauchlan. Dear father of Michael (Sandra), Diane Ionetz, Thomas (Lucy) and Rob. Loving grandfather of nine and great grandfather of two. Memorial Mass Wednesday 10 am at St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church 48115 Schoenherr, Shelby Township. Arrangements by A. H. Peters Funeral Home, Grosse Pointe Woods. Mr. Osaer was a thirty five year resident of Thomasville, Georgia. He moved to Grosse Pointe Farms four months ago to be near his children. Though not a scratch golfer he was an avid player of the game and enjoyed his time on the links tremendously. He always made time for his grandchildren and sporting events. Mr. Osaer loved dogs and always had at least one as a pet. His leisure time was spent putzing around the house. He will be greatly missed by his family and all those whose lives he touched.
