When I told a friend this week how much I missed Ron and that I was going to call him in a couple days to wish him a happy birthday, I heard the devastating news that Ron had passed. I'm in shock and extend my condolences to you, Kathy, and all of Ron's family. When I graduated from college in 1990, I started working at Marsh and met Ron. As a newbie to Detroit, insurance, the working world, and basically being an adult, Ron took me under his wing and was my mentor, boss, colleague and friend for the past 22 years. We also worked together at Sedgwick, then JH Marsh, and Hylant. Even when we weren't working together, Ron was the person I would go to for insurance and career advice. Ron was the most honorable person I know. He was smart, kind, caring, funny, understanding, professional, stubborn (with a strong Boston accent during those times) and a true gentleman. Ron was a man of integrity as I'm sure anyone reading this would know. I am blessed to have had Ron in my life and he will be missed. Kathy, when I was a young mom contemplating a much needed divorce with no family around, I will never forget you telling me that I was like family to you and Ronnie and that you guys would be there for me. It meant a lot to me then and now. Whatever you need, please call me. I don't have your phone number, but will be trying to get your address and phone number soon. Thoughts, love and prayers are with you! Ron loved and cared about you so much. I remember him telling people over the years, the third time's the charm and how happy he was.

I have known Ron for many years and valued our work relationship at CoverX and our personal relationship. I am so sorry Kathy for your loss, I know the spiritual connection the two of you had and he loved you very much. I have so many good memories of him and of speaking to you. I would like to say he is in a better place right now, but still cannot fathom the fact he is gone. May you find peace in this and know he is not in pain and loves you from afar. I pray for you and your family to get through this very difficult moment and remember the huge smile on his face and the huge heart he had. He was one of the most witty and intelligent people I ever knew. I am privillaged for having known him, Rest in peace, sweet Ronnie, you will never be forgetten.

Many of my most cherished memories of junior high and high school include Ronnie. He will always be one of the most unique, caring, and creative people I ever knew. Word of his passing is deeply saddening, as it reminds us all how life is so fragile and so fleeting. Amid those reminders, though, are the warm thoughts of good times which, though now past, are forever emblazoned in our life's story. Ron was a person who made you laugh, and no person can give a greater gift. To Kathleen and all, I extend my heartfelt sympathy and wish for you the day when sadness will be replaced by the comfort of happy memories.

To Ron's Family and Friends, I am so sorry for your lost. Ron is a good person. I only work with him for few months. He is very professional and a happy person. I am glad that I had a chance to work with him. Hope all you well soon!

Anyone that ever had the pleasure of meeting Ronald can attest that he was a very special man . We grew up together from the age of seven and remained very close throughout or lives .He will be missed greatly by many ; especially by those whose lives he touched . I'm still in shock that another great person was taken from this world. My heart truly breaks for Kathy and the whole Argenzio family. Ron spoke of Kathy often and the love he had for her was so deep and admiring. I've worked with Ron for almost 2 years, and it will not be the same without him. Much love and many prayers your way.
