Sue Fanelli

Suzanne K. "Sue" Fanelli (nee Whitton), of St. Clair Shores passed away on Monday March 11, 2019. She was born to the late Monica and Raymond Whitton on February 15th, 1935. She attended St. Cecilia High School and went on to work at the missle plant prior to marrying her husband Ralph Fanelli. She and Ralph were married for 45 years prior to his passing in 2003. They enjoyed spending time with close friends traveling, going to dances and playing cards. But her favorite thing was to simply spend time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed nothing more than having her family around her. Sue was the loving wife of the late Ralph. Dear mother of Joe (Gina), Patricia, Michael (Cathy), Ralph (Kate) and Mary (Martin) Frania. Beloved grandmother of Regina, Monica, Meagan, Anna, Allison, Leah and Thomas. Sister of Donald (Connie) and Raymond "Tony" (Carol). Sister in law of William Marchiori and Clara (James) Jeffries. She was predeceased by her siblings, Giles (Pat), Marilyn (Bob) and Joe and sister in law Edith. Visitation Friday 2-9 PM at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack, Grosse Pointe Woods. In state Saturday 11:30 AM at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 21620 Greater Mack, St. Clair Shores until her funeral Mass at 12 Noon
