Thomas Edward McKendrick, age 74, died January 6, 2015, at McLaren Hospital, Mt. Clemens, Michigan. He was born March 20, 1940 in Detroit to the late William and Thelma (Thompson) McKendrick. Tom was an electrical engineer in tool&die retiring from Saginaw Machine Systems in 1997. He enjoyed golf, music of all kind and dabbled in playing the saxophone and piano. Dearest father of William, James (Joy), Dawn (Paul) Kurek and Lori (Dennis) Dilorenzo. Loving and proud grandfather to Noah, Bradly and Faith Dilorenzo; Dorian, Kalie McKendrick; Brennan, Blake Kurek. Dear companion to Karen Kendall and former husband of Carol Ann McKendrick. Visitation Saturday, January 10, 2015 from 2:00pm-7:00pm with a funeral service at 7:00pm at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr (at Masonic), Warren. Memorials to Muscular Sclerosis Association would be appreciated by the family.
