Vernon, or Vern, as everyone called him, was born in Detroit in 1962. Even as a young kid, he loved all sports (except hockey, only because he couldn’t skate) and played most all of them. Besides sports, he loved his dogs, camping, and gardening. He worked as a union carpenter, building the displays for trade shows including: the auto show, Autorama, and camper shows.
Vern is predeceased in death by his parents, Curtis and Dorothy Noe. He is survived by his cherished wife of 27 years, Kimberly Noe, as well as his dog, Curtis.
A visitation will be held for Vern on Friday, August 23, 2024 from 2pm until 8pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home at 20705 Mack Ave Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236. A funeral service will take place on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at 10am at A.H. Peters Funeral Home.
