Veronica B. Chappell

Veronica B. Chappell, age 93 of Atlanta, MI (formerly of a lifelong resident of Troy, MI), passed away peacefully on April 12, 2018 at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City. Mrs. Chappell loved the outdoors and could often be found fishing in Northern Michigan. She was a press operator for many years at Press Products in Troy, where she retired. Veronica was very close with family, especially her late sister, Toni, nieces Nannette and Dawn and many other nieces, nephews, and extended family. Beloved wife of the late, Clyde Chappell. Dearest mother of the late, Clyde. Cherished sister Michael Yales, Gus Yales, and Fannie Disalvo. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors. In addition to her husband and son, Veronica is also preceded in death by her sister, Antoinette "Toni" Stephens. The family welcomes friends and neighbors to the A.H. Peters Funeral Home of Warren on Sunday, April 15, 2018 from 2-9pm. Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 10am at the funeral home with Pastor John Kral from Shepherds Gate Church to officiate. Additional visitation from 9am-10am on Monday prior to the service. Interment immediately following at Christian Memorial Gardens-West in Rochester Hills.
