

Vivian M. Ozark was born in Detroit on November 27, 1929 the daughter of Clarence and Elsie Hopp. She married Leon John Ozark in 1948 and together they raised six children and enjoyed 43 years of happiness until Leon's death in 1991. Vivian especially enjoyed collecting dolls and antiques. She had an eye for decorating, whether furniture, paint, fixtures or accent pieces. She knew what would look best. Vivian liked going to garage sales and getting a good deal. The love of Vivian's life were her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, along with a strong love for the Lord. Vivian was the dear mother of Leon John Ozark, Jr. (Sharon), Christine Frede (Tom), Marsha Reiber, Jeffrey Ozark (Michelle). She was the loving grandmother of 14, great-grandmother of 11 and sister of Lois Cameron, Yvonne Eschmann and Jeannine VanTassel. Vivian is predeceased by her husband Leon John Ozark, Sr. and her daughters Linda Ozark and Denise Viane. A Memorial Mass will take place Saturday 10 am at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 21620 Greater Mack, St. Clair Shores. Family and friends will gather beginning at 9 am.
