William R. Cunningham was born January 23, 1933 in Detroit, Michigan and entered into rest September 17, 2017 in Ann Arbor, Michigan at the age of Age 84. William was preceded by his parents John F. Cunningham and Ruby (Rennie) Cunningham. He was the dear brother of John (Jack) Cunningham and sister-in-law Alyce (Howard) Cunningham. He is also survived by loving nephew John W. Cunningham (Daniela), nieces Kathleen Fitzgerald (Tom), Mary Anne Morris, Colleen Cunningham and seven dear great nephews and nieces, their spouses and children. Visitation Saturday 10:00 am until the time of service 12:00 noon at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave, at Vernier Road, Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan. Celebrant Andrea C. Young - McKernan will be officiating.
