William Leonard Scheel, age 63 of Utica, died February 9, 2016. He was born in Albany, New York on February 22, 1952; the son of Arthur Carl Jr. and Ruby Laura (nee Biggerstaff) Scheel. Bill had two great loves in his life: 1. Family 2. Speed. Loving father of William T. and Kyle S. Dear brother of Dennis and the late David and Arthur. Caring uncle of David, Lindsey, Arthur, Erik, and Alex. Treasured great-uncle of Courtney. Bill's family will receive friends on Friday, February 12th from 2:00pm until 9:00pm and Saturday, February 13th from 10:00am until time of service 2:00pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr at Masonic (13-1/2 Mile) in Warren. Pastor Daniel Cave will officiate.
