Ardath Marlene Redding

Ardath Marlene Redding, 88, of Grove City, Ohio passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2025. She was born January 31, 1937 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Gustav and Alice (Tufts) Wilhelm. She was a 1954 graduate of Grove City High School and was a graduate of the Central Ohio Business College. Ardath worked as an EEG and EKG Technician for the State of Ohio Psychiatric Hospital, prior to her time as a stay-at-home mother. She enjoyed yard work and going on daily walks. Ardath loved animals, especially her dogs. She was a 40 plus year member of the Order of the Eastern Star. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Redding, brothers, Larry Wilhelm, Gale Kirk, sister, Jean Williams, and nephew, Timothy Williams. Ardath is survived by her son, Steven (Monica) Redding, grandson, Cody (Paige Coleman) Redding, granddaughter, Haley Redding, stepdaughter, Rebecca (Danny) Collier, special niece, Sherry (Don) Noffsinger, nephews, Keith (Betty) Williams, and Mark (Lita) Williams, and finally her beloved dog, Tommy, as well as many other relatives and friends. A visitation for Ardath will be held Tuesday, February 18, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Schoedinger Norris Grove City, 4242 Hoover Road, Grove City, OH 43123.
