David B. Ratliff, age 77, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2025. He was born June 21, 1947 in Portsmouth Ohio to the late Bascum and America (Throckmorton) Ratliff. He was a 1969 graduate of Central High School and retired from Kroger Bakery. David loved music and was a talented musician. He enjoyed listening and playing country music. He was a proud United States Army veteran and enjoyed riding his motorcycle, working on cars, metal detecting, collecting unique rocks, and going antique shopping. David is survived by his significant other, Kathy Collins and her sons and beloved grandchildren; sister, Linda Preston; niece, Chrissy; nephews, Robert and Terry; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Visitation will held 2-4 p.m. Monday, March 3, 2025 at Schoedinger Grove City, 4242 Hoover Rd., Grove City. Private entombment Sunset Cemetery.
