Anyone who knew Della knew she was truly one of a kind. She was strong-willed, fiercely independent, and never afraid to speak her mind. She had a spirited personality that kept everyone on their toes, and there was never a dull moment when she was around. Beneath that feisty exterior was a woman with a heart full of love, especially for her family. She cherished every moment spent and memory made with those she loved, she enjoyed going to yard sales, flea markets, collecting her occupied Japan statues and finding the best deals she could.
Della is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Ellis and Virginia Pinkerton, as well as all her siblings: Mabel Reeves, Wilber “Grover” Pinkerton, Betty Herdman, and Ellis “June” Pinkerton.
She leaves behind the love of her life, Harold L. Adams, her devoted husband of 49 years.
Her son Harold "Bud" (Sandi) Darst, grandchildren; Kara (Todd) Gibbs, Kevin Darst, Matt Darst; great-grandchildren; Kaylee, Emilee, Ashlee and Izzee, all of whom brought her immense pride and joy. While our hearts are heavy with her passing, we find comfort in knowing she is now at peace. Her love, laughter, wisdom, and unforgettable personality will forever remain in the hearts and the countless memories that will continue to bring smiles through the tears.
