Kandy Lee Capuana

Kandy L. Capuana, 65, of Grove City, OH passed away on February 13, 2026 at her home while battling cancer. Born on February 6,1961 in Columbus Ohio, Kandy was the daughter of Lolita A. Capuana and the late Albert F. Capuana. Kandy is survived by sister Norma Capuana-Czarnecki (Frank) and preceded in death by her brother Dean Capuana and sister Teresa Capuana. Aunt of Chad Blount, Tara Blount, Anthony Czarnecki, Max Czarnecki, Adam Czarnecki along with great-nieces Hannah, Jenna, Makenna and Airabella. Kandy was fortunate to have many dear aunts, uncles and cousins.

Kandy was a graduate of Franklin Heights High School where she made friends that were still very much an important part of her life. She loved to use her green thumb nurturing her variety of plants and would have brought every stray animal home if she could have.

Visitation to celebrate Kandy’s life will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 pm at Schoedinger Norris Funeral Home, 4242 Hoover Road, Grove City OH. 43123. Interment will be Saturday, February 21, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Galloway Cemetery 6333 Alkire Road in Galloway, Ohio 43119.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
