Kathy Louise Merriman

Kathy was born on July 8, 1965, in Columbus, Ohio to Kenneth and Ella (Denny) Merriman. Kathy loved sports. She went to Grove City High School, and she played Volleyball, Basketball and Softball. She won the State Championship in 1983 and was runner up in 1984 in Softball.

Kathy was a loving daughter, partner and sister, she was always laughing and joking. She liked to travel and go to the Racino. Kathy also loved the Michigan Wolverines! GO BLUE!

Kathy was preceded in death by her mother, Ella Mae Merriman and her uncle, Harold Denney.

She is survived by her Life partner of 25 years, Michael “Mike” Stewart; her father, Kenneth Merriman; her brothers Keith (Christine) Merriman and Kevin (Teresa) Merriman; and many other relatives and friends.

A Memorial service will be held in Kathy’s honor on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 10:00am, at Schoedinger Grove City, 4242 Hoover Rd, Grove City.
