Madaline Clara Miller

Madaline C. Miller, age 84, passed away on December 4, 2023 at Kobacker House. She was born July 8, 1939 to the late Charles and Vida (Wallace) Bowman. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years, Larry, siblings, Charles “Buddy” (Ruth) Bowman, Doris (Melvin) Distelhorst, Ted (Delcie) Bowman. Madaline is survived by her children, Christine George, Greg (Terrie) Miller, grandchildren, Sarah (Brandon) Baumer, Dan (Rebecca Winter) Kroner, Deidra (Michael) Ebbert, Adam (Melissa Malinky) Miller, Tonya (Robb) Werner, great grandchildren, Clara Baumer, Tilly Baumer, Evelyn Kroner, Hannah Tose, Marissa Tose, Isabel Miller, Eleanor Miller, along with a host of nieces, nephews and dear friends. She was the Office Manager for Dr. Paul Gutheil for 30 years, a long time member of Glenwood United Methodist Church, the Tabitha Circle at the Church. In her spare time she was very talented in making wreaths and then taking them to craft shows to sell, she enjoyed taking vacations and traveling with Larry on their yearly adventures, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and taking walks with them at Darby Creek park. A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2023 from 10-12 pm with the funeral service beginning at 12 pm with Pastor Dale George officiating. Interment will be at Sunset Cemetery.
