

In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, William Booth; her sons, Jerry L. Booth and Larry D. Booth; her grandchild, Larry Booth Jr.; and her great-grandchildren, Caleb Booth and Brendan Woosley.
She is survived by her son, Don (Debbie) Booth; her daughter, Karen Craycraft; 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Phyllis lived a full and joyful life, and she loved her family unconditionally. She enjoyed traveling and proudly visited 43 states. Some of her fondest memories were made while exploring the western United States in a motorhome with her husband, William. She enjoyed camping, playing bingo, and crafting—especially quilting and sewing. She loved attending craft shows and meeting people who shared her creative spirit. Phyllis was also an active member of the Wellston Senior Center.
A graveside service will be held at Concord Cemetery, 6244 Hoover Rd, Grove City, OH 43123, on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, beginning at 12:00 p.m with Hospice Chaplain Samuel Lore officiating. Following the service, fellowship will be at the Barn at The Lucky Farm at 9368 Borror Rd, Orient OH 43146.
