Reba was born on September 8, 1943 in Holden, West Virginia to the late Richard and Effie (Francis) Trogdon. She retired from Lowe’s. In addition to her parents, Reba is preceded in death by her husband, James “Jim” Bailey; her great-niece, Caroline Casper; and numerous siblings. Reba is survived by sisters; numerous nieces and nephews, including special nephews, Mickey (Heather) Casper and Tony (Amanda) Casper and their families.
A Visitation will be held on Friday, March 20, 2026 from 11:00am to 12:00pm at Schoedinger Grove City, 4242 Hoover Rd, Grove City. A Funeral Service will follow at 12:00pm with Celebrant Sean Warren officiating. Reba will be laid to rest at Concord Cemetery.
