Sindy Parsley

Sindy Parsley, age 76 of Ashville passed away Sunday, March 6, 2022 at her residence. Sindy was born in Warfield, KY to the late John and Laura (née Crum) Fletcher. Sindy was a longtime and faithful member of the Shadeville Church of God. She enjoyed sewing, collecting her knick knacks, Publisher's Clearing House and tending to her vegetable or flower gardens. Sindy had a shy side who would open up to new friends and show her sweet, caring, and compassionate heart. In addition to her parents, Sindy is prededed in death by her daughter Tiffany Eve Parsley; siblings Rebecca Jarvis, Lemual Fletcher, Alice Finley, George Fletcher, Fannie Marcum, and June Edward Fletcher. She is survived by her husband of almost 61 years Jay E. Parsley; children Solomon (Rachelle) Parsley, Nathan Parsley, and Rachel Courts; 7 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter on the way; siblings Betty Jane (Clyde) Davis, Johnny (Fannie) Fletcher, Gladys Faye (Garland) Moore, Joseph (Gayla) Fletcher, Mary Ann Finley, and Jimmy Lee (Sharon) Fletcher; pet dogs Lucy III and Rusty. Sindy's family will receive friends 4-7 PM Friday, March 11 at the Shadeville Church of God 4800 Lockbourne Rd Columbus OH 43207 where her funeral service will be held 10 AM Saturday.
