Betty was born in Sweetwater TX on August 26, 1945 and was raised in Port Neches and Groves, TX, graduating from Port Neches Groves High School 1963.
Betty is survied by her daughther Donna Ramsey; son-in-law Kenny Ramsey; Grand-children Kaleb and Hunter Ramsey; and brother Henry Wittner.
