Conley was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Roosevelt Smith and Frenzella Hightower of Shreveport, LA, adopted grandparents, Clyde “Sam” and Mary Conley of Port Arthur, TX and Elrick and Bernadette Guillory of Kent, WA.
Conley is survived by his maternal grandparents, Paul Mitchell of Seattle, WA and Rev. Dr. Eileen English of Cincinnati, OH, parents, Conley and Phoebe Hightower of Port Arthur, TX, sisters, Ouindetta (Michael) Thomas of Baytown, TX, Okinccia (Brian) Black of Houston, TX, and Phoebe “Katie” Hightower of Port Arthur, TX, aunt, Marian Guillory of Port Arthur, TX, uncle, Richard Beard of Seattle, WA, godparents, nieces, close friends, and many other relatives.
Visitation will be held from 9 – 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel with the funeral immediately following. Interment will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
