Harry Rudison

Bro. Harry Rudison was born September 8, 1923 to the late Mr. Clarence Rudison and Mrs. Nancy Rudison in Denham Springs, LA. Bro. Rudison came to Port Arthur, Texas in 1957. He was employed by Burton Shipyard for 13 years and later became employed by the Hays Construction where he retired in 1985.

On November 21, 2011 the Lord called Bro. Rudison home. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Clarence Rudison, two brothers, Mazzie and Louis Rudison; two sisters, Helen Wells and Mary Jane Hawkins.

Bro. Rudison leaves to cherish his memory his loving faithful devoted wife, Sis. Mary Ann Rudison; one brother, Oliver Rudison; three sisters, Phinese Rudison of Baton Rouge, LA, Iceola Johnson of Denham Springs, LA, Dorothy Burton of Kentwood, LA; one son, Rochell Rudison of Dallas, TX; 2 grandchildren; one special daughter, Missy. Sgt. Jacqueline B. Howard; and a host of godchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, December 3, 2011 at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel with a viewing from 9 a.m. until service time with Pastor Cane officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
